EXHIBITOR BOOTH REGISTRATION FEES
Exhibit Space
- All Booths will be 10' wide x 10' deep and will contain an 8' x 10' back drape and two 3' x 10' side drapes on most booth locations.
- Wireless Internet is available throughout the facility at no charge.
- Electrical hook-ups are an additional $35.
- Tables and chairs are not included in the booths.
- The location of your booth is determined by the date you sign-up, and the Track you are in!
- Sponsors that are entitled to booth space will be given priority in booth selection.
Your payment is due in full at the time you submit your application. We have an online application where you can pay by credit card (MasterCard and VISA), and we have a PDF application that you can fill out and mail in with your payment.

- Business Membership: Free one year GreenWorks Business Membership
Emerging Green Business Rate: If GreenWorks is successful in obtaining an Emerging Green Business Sponsor, we would then be able to offer up to 10 booth spaces for only $100 each. To be eligible for one of these subsidized booths, should they become available, your company must meet the following criteria:
- In business less than 2 years
- Have 2 or fewer employees
- Have a product or service that GreenWorks and our Sponsor believe is of value to the community
- Sign an application stating you would not be able to afford exhibiting at the Idaho Green Expo without this subsidy.
- Have not received this rate in a previous year.
If you would like more information on our Emerging Green Business rates and qualifications, please send us an email and tell us about your business. We will let you know if the rate is available and if your business qualifies. Please send your email to Info@IdahoGreenExpo.org.
GreenWorks Grants for Non-Profit Booths: From time to time GreenWorks has waived the booth fee on some very small, non-profit organizations, such as Play Outdoors and Healthy School Lunches. To be eligible to receive a GreenWorks Grant, your organization must provide a service to the community that GreenWorks feels is important and also has a “green” component to your work. We can offer no more than 5 of these Grants. If you would like to apply for one of these grants, please send us an email and tell us about your organization.  Discounts on Display Booths: GreenWorks has made arrangements with their web developer, Vortices Design, to provide a 20% discount on the graphic design production for your display and convention booths. Applications received after April 30, 2012: If booths are still available your organization may not be listed in any Idaho Green Expo publication, and cannot be guaranteed a booth location within their Track.
| Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in writing. Any cancellation request received by the Idaho Green Expo prior to January 31, 2012 will receive a full refund, minus a $50 administration fee. Any request received between February 1, 2012 and April 30, 2012 will receive a refund, minus the $50 admin fee, if we are able to resell your booth. There are no refunds for cancellations received after May 1, 2012. |
