Silver Sponsor Add-on Benefits Include: (*only available with purchase of booth)
We will let you know if your business qualifies once all applications have been reviewed. You can additionally send an email of interest to Info@IdahoGreenExpo.org.
GreenWorks Grants for Non-Profit Booths: From time to time GreenWorks has waived the booth fee on some very small, non-profit organizations, such as Play Outdoors and Healthy School Lunches. To be eligible to receive a GreenWorks Grant, your organization must provide a service to the community that GreenWorks feels is important and also has a “green” component to your work. We can offer no more than 5 of these Grants. If you would like to apply for one of these grants, please send us an email and tell us about your organization. Please send your email to Info@IdahoGreenExpo.org.
Discounts on Display Booths: GreenWorks has made arrangements with their web developer, Vortices Design, to provide a 20% discount on the graphic design production for your display and convention booths. Visit Vortices Design's web site for samples and more information or call at 208.323.2996 or 800.952.4182 or email them. Click on the image to the right to view samples of their work.
Applications received after April 30, 2012: If booths are still available your organization may not be listed in any Idaho Green Expo publication, and cannot be guaranteed a booth location within their Track.
The Idaho Green Expo is committed to providing a forum dedicated to discussing and debating the promotion of sustainability. Sustainability means many different things to different people. It is the intent of GreenWorks and the Idaho Green Expo to facilitate this dialogue, rather than impose its own views on the public. However, as has happened in the past, the GreenWorks Board of Directors may from time to time refuse an organizationís application to the Green Expo. This discretionary decision has been used sparingly in the past. However, the Board of Directors will be the sole decision maker and may deny any organizationís application if it believes the organization will bring undue controversy, detract from the Green Expo's mission, is simply "not green", or any other reason as the Board sees fit. The GreenWorks Board of Directors, in their sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse any organization from participation in the Green Expo.
