The "Green Within" room empowers us to know more about how to live in harmony with Nature - how to breathe, move, rest, drink, eat, and heal. From this experience, each of us, individuals, families, and our society at large can become more responsible to change lifestyle and choose health care options that result in better quality and sustainable health.
Visit the Green Room to learn about green health care community resources, products and services. Participate in demonstrations, or meet with practitioners of yoga, mindfulness, meditation, stress reduction, hypnosis, massage and bodywork therapies, pilates, chi kung, food and nutrition as medicine, acupuncture, local plant and herbal remedies, reiki and energy healing, and naturopathic, holistic and integrative medicine, and more. To nurture and care for yourself, your family and community, physically, emotionally and spiritually is the essence of a "green" lifestyle. In the Green Within Room, you will learn more on how to act with love for others and yourself. So come and discover all that you can do to improve the quality of your health, and life, and experience the healing power within you.
